Led array assembly enclosed in a cylindrical diffuser to provide a uniform horizontal intensity, approx. 100,000 hour life span, 0.04 amp per hour, damage resistant solar panel with regulator / controller, dusk to dawn operational system activator. Barrier mounting bracket to move away from bridge. Each light is independently operated. Limited down time.
